2. Enrolment Process: Students must provide their name and valid contact information (email or phone) to enroll in any course or workshop. Payments are processed via HelcimPay(USA/Canada – USD/CAD) or ICICI Eazypay/PhonePe(India – INR), and the transaction will be in the name of “Mukherjee Technology Solutions Ltd” (Canada) or “Sangita Enterprise” (India).

3. Payment Terms: All payments must be completed at the time of enrollment. Payment is required to secure your spot in the course or workshop.

4. Cancellation/Refund Policy: Please refer to our Cancellation and Refund Policy for details on refunds [see below].

5. Intellectual Property: All content provided through our courses and workshops is the intellectual property of “Sangita Enterprise” and “Subhadip Mukherjee”. Unauthorised distribution or reproduction is prohibited.

7. Changes to Terms: We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.

9. Shipping Policy: All the courses will be delivered online using approved messaging platforms (MSTeams or Google Meet). Hence no shipping is required.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

1. No Cancellation Policy: Once a student enrolls in a course or workshop, the enrollment is considered final. No cancellation is possible unless specific circumstances arise.

3. Valid Refund Reasons: If a student cannot attend a course or workshop for a valid reason (e.g., medical emergency, unavoidable travel), they may be eligible for a refund. The student must provide proof of the valid reason within 14 days of the missed course/workshop.

4. Refund Process: If eligible, the refund will be processed within 14 days of approval. Refunds will be issued through the original payment method used for enrollment.
